What is FC5?
FanCraze is building FC5 where Basketball lovers can now create fantasy lineups and win rewards. NBA TopShot collectors can make the most of their already owned TopShot collectibles and win alongside their favorite players across different games and leagues! Non Collectors can use Free Cards provided by FanCraze and compete with their lineups as well.
What is FanCraze?
FanCraze is combining collectibles, gaming, and money can't buy experiences to create a platform for sports fans to own, collect, play, and earn with digital collectibles. Having successfully created a community around cricket, FanCraze is now creating a similar experience for Basketball fans through FC5.
How can existing TopShot collectors be a part of FC5?
By virtue of being an existing TopShot collector, you are already half-way there! Connect your Dapper Wallet/NBA TopShot Account to your FC5 account and make the most of your collection by using them in games and leagues to win Cash, Prizes, Rewards and Collectibles.
Can you play on FC5 without TopShot Collectibles?
Yes, you can create lineups, compete and win in FC5 even if you do not own TopShot Collectibles. You can use Free Cards provided by FanCraze to complete your lineups. However, each Free Card comes with a 5 point penalty, so choose wisely.
How can I play on FC5?
- Select a game or league in which you want to participate.
- Submit a lineup of 5 TopShot Collectibles or Free Cards provided by FanCraze to fill the positions - Point Guard, Shooting Guard, Center, Power Forward, and Small Forward.
- For each position, you'll see the eligible TopShot collectibles that you own. In case you don't own the TopShot collectible of certain/all players, you will be allowed to choose Free Cards of these players provided by FanCraze. If you want to use a NBATS collectible for a particular slot, you can select the respective player and their moments in "NBATS Market". The collectibles shown under 'NBATS Market' will redirect you to nbatopshot.com
- Choose a Captain for your lineup, whose raw score will be doubled. For every Free Card used, you will incur a penalty of 5 points on your Raw Score. However, the multiplier will not be applied on the penalty.
- Buy your Mystery Pack and submit the lineup.
What are the different game modes available on FC5?
- Single: The single format includes a game between any 2 teams.
- Daily: The daily format includes all the games from that particular day.
- Weekly/Bi-weekly: This format includes all the games between specific days.
How are games scored on FC5? How does my lineup/player accrue Raw Score/Fantasy Score?
- Each player/collectible in your lineup accumulates a Raw Score based on the player's performance in a game.
- Lineups with a higher Total Raw Score rank higher on the Leaderboard.
- For every Free Card used, you will incur a penalty of 5 points on your Raw Score. However, the multiplier will not be applied on the penalty.
How is the Raw Score calculated for each player/collectible?
The raw score is determined by the player's performance in a game. Here are the events and the points awarded for each instance of the event:
- Points Scored: +1pt
- Rebounds: +1.2pts
- Assists: +1.5pts
- Steals: +3pts
- Blocks: +3pts
- Turnovers: -1pt
How are Rarity Points allotted?
The Rarity points are alotted to each collectible in your lineups as follows:
- Free: +0 pts
- Common: +2 pts
- Fandom: +3 pts
- Rare: +6 pts
- Legendary/Ultimate: +10 pts
What happens if scores of two lineups are the same?
If two or more users have the same Raw Score, the following tiebreakers will determine their leaderboard ranking:
- Total Rarity Points: The lineup with the higher Total Rarity Points will be ranked higher.
- Total TopShot Score: If Total Rarity Points are also equal, the lineup with the higher Total TopShot Score will be ranked higher.
- Submission Time: If the tie persists, the lineup submitted earlier will be ranked higher.
What does a Mystery Pack contain?
The Mystery Pack may include NBA TopShot Collectibles, FanCraze Cricket Collectibles, or even Cash Rewards. These collectibles can be used in games to win rewards and cash prizes.

Is it mandatory to purchase a Mystery Pack?
Yes, you must purchase one Mystery Pack to submit a lineup. Once purchased, you can open these packs from the "Unopened Packs" section in "Your Collection."
How many teams can I submit per game?
There is a limit of maximum 10 teams per user in a specific game or league.
How do I know which games have been featured in the Daily or Weekly/Bi-Weekly leagues?
The 'SCHEDULE' tab within a specific game/league provides comprehensive information about:
- The total number of matches within the Game Format's duration.
- The fixtures in the Game Format, including the date, time, and squad Sheets for the teams in these matches.
- Once the matches start, you'll find live game score updates and raw score updates for all players in the respective squads.
How is the Raw Score calculated if a player plays multiple matches during the duration of the Game?
In this scenario, a player's best performance is considered as the Raw Score. For instance, if a player has participated in two matches, the match with the higher raw score will be used for scoring.
Do I need to link my Dapper Wallet to play on FC5?
No, its is not mandatory to link your Dapper Wallet to your FanCraze Account. You can play using Free Cards provided by FanCraze.
However, linking your dapper wallet allows you to use your owned TopShot collectibles and rank higher in the contests on FC5.

How do I link my Dapper Wallet to my FC5/FanCraze Account?
- When you attempt to submit your first lineup for every game on FC5, you'll be prompted to link your Dapper Wallet to your existing FC5 account.
- Enter your credentials to sign up or sign in, and your Dapper Wallet will be successfully linked.
- You can also go to Profile Settings and link your Dapper Wallet in the "Connected Accounts" section.
How can I add/withdraw funds from my FC5/FanCraze Account?
We've developed the FanCraze wallet, featuring a user-friendly interface compatible with both FC5 and FanCraze.
- Currently, users can add funds to their FanCraze wallet using a Credit/Debit card.
- To withdraw funds, users need to complete a KYC/Identity Check and add Mobile or App-based 2FA to their account.The withdrawal of funds is subject to a waiting period of 5 to 12 days from the deposit date.
- We're also working on introducing Crypto on-ramps and off-ramps.
